• Limit one entry per email address/household. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, an "entrant" shall consist of a person, family or household with a valid household mailing address and valid household e-mail address. Should multiple entries be received for the drawing, all such entries will not be eligible for the drawing. Proof of e-mailing an entry does not constitute proof of delivery. Incomplete entries are void.

• Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

• One (1) winner will be drawn. The winner is only entitled to win one (01) prize in this contest.

• The lucky draw will be held at FootJoy’s offices in Singapore on the Monday following each FootJoy player win.

• Prize won is strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Winners must collect the prize personally or, alternately, his/her representative may collect the prize if the winner provides a letter of authorization to that effect.

• Winners are required to sign and return an Acknowledgment Form and a Public Release Form permitting Acushnet Company to use his/her name, photograph, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

• Winners release Acushnet Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the possession, use or misuse of any prize.

• In the event of any dispute, Acushnet Company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

• Acushnet Company reserves the right to amend any part of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

• The contest, and the terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

• This Contest is open to legal residents of Malaysia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Acushnet Company, immediate families, as well as employees of advertising agencies and suppliers of goods and services to Acushnet Company are not eligible to participate in this contest.

• To qualify for participation in the contest, visit www.footjoy.com.my and complete the entry from with your name, address and email address for a chance to win the prize.
