Acushnet Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates (collectively, "Acushnet"), respects your concerns about privacy. Unless otherwise indicated, all Acushnet brands, including but not limited to Titleist, FootJoy, Vokey, Scotty Cameron, Links & Kings, Pinnacle, etc., follow this Privacy Notice where published.
This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we obtain about you, how we use the information, with whom we may share it, and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to safeguard personal information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.
Our practices comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, 2012 (PDPA).

Analytics data may be processed in servers located outside Singapore, including in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through contractual agreements with our analytics providers.
7. Interest Based Advertising
Through our Online Services, we may collect information about your online activities to provide you with advertising tailored to your interests. You may see our ads on other websites because we participate in advertising networks. These networks track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including through cookies, web server logs, and web beacons.
To opt out of interest based advertising you can:

Note: Even if you opt out of interest-based advertising, you will still see ads, but they won't be tailored to your interests.
8. How We Share The Information We Obtain
We may disclose your personal data to other organizations to fulfill the purposes notified to you, including processing your orders and providing our services. When we transfer your personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
9. How We Protect Personal Information
We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm or impact to individuals concerned or is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals in accordance with the PDPA.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Online Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact our DPO at the earliest.
11. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
Request access to your personal data:
- We will respond to your request within 30 days.
- A reasonable fee may apply for processing your request.
Request correction of your personal data:
- We will process corrections as soon as practicable.
- We will send the corrected data to organizations that received your data in the past year.
Withdraw your consent:
- You may withdraw consent for collecting, using or disclosing your personal data.
- We will inform you if withdrawal would affect our ability to provide services.
- We will process your withdrawal request within reasonable notice.
Opt out of marketing communications:
- You can unsubscribe from our marketing messages at any time.
- We will honor your request as soon as practicable.
